Custom Jewelry

Once Marik Design receives your custom jewelry order, it is handmade from scratch out of the finest materials. We fully stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. Samples of each piece are shown online in product photography captured by the artisan. As with all handcrafted items, the designs are consistent, but slight variations may occur in the silversmithing and natural stone colors. This is characteristic of these processes and materials and should not be considered defective. Creating a piece of jewelry takes about 2 to 5 days. Production time may vary slightly depending on backorders. Shipping is not included in that timeframe.

 

Returns/Exchanges

It is important to us that you love your order! If it is not quite what you expected, Marik Design is happy to issue a full refund within 15 days of the ship date (just pay for the return postage). When we have received the returned merchandise, we will fully refund your money. Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged.

 

Custom-Designed Orders

Every Marik Design piece is made-to-order; however, we are more than happy to modify the design of any piece in our collection by customer request. Please don’t hesitate to contact us. Marik Design accepts Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, and PayPal® payment methods.

 

Sales Tax

For all customer orders shipped or billed to a Florida address, please note that a 7% sales tax charge applies to the merchandise total.

 

Shipping

All customer orders shipped inside the continental United States qualify for free, USPS first-class shipping. An international shipping charge of $10 applies to all customer orders outside of the continental United States. Our products are shipped within 1-2 business days from completion of your custom order. International shipping can take 2-4 weeks and Marik Design is not responsible for items held up in customs. In the rare event your order is lost in transit once shipped, Marik Design is not responsible, but will assist customers with tracking.
