Product Availability

All Marik Design jewelry is custom and made-to-order, by hand. Depending on demand, pieces take between two and five days to handcraft. If your order is time-sensitive, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will accommodate expedited requests to the best of our ability.


Return & Exchange Policy

It is really important to us that you are satisfied your order. If in any manner, a piece is not quite what you expected, we are happy to issue a full refund within 15 days from the ship date or exchange it at no additional cost. Marik Design fully stands behind its products and wants all customers to be completely happy.

Once your return is received and inspected, Marik Design will notify you by email and indicate approval or rejection of the refund or exchange request based on the condition of the piece. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Exchanges will also be processed within a few business days. Shipping times may vary based on the destination.


If you intend to return or exchange your product, please notify Marik Design by email at You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50 in retail value, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Marik Design cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Shipping Policy

All customer orders shipped inside the continental United States qualify for free, USPS first-class shipping. An international shipping charge of $10 applies to all customer orders outside of the continental United States. Our products are shipped 1-2 business days from the completion of your custom order. International shipping can take 2-4 weeks and Marik Design is not responsible for items held up in customs. In the rare event your order is lost in transit once shipped, Marik Design is not responsible for it, but will assist customers with tracking.
